Any suggestions or tips when marketing to evictions or landlords. I would like to cold call and also mail. What type of success have some BP Members had with eviction records.

thanks

The leads will be fresher and cheaper if you go directly to the courthouse or county recorders office; however, your have to enter them into spreadsheet and sort them based on where they are in the process, potential equity, and other factors. It will be more efficient if you use a website that provides leads and means of filtering them.

 Thanks Kirk

I am aware that I should go to my local courthouse for eviction and probate records. What is the best method of sorting and analyzing probate or eviction records for direct mail or cold calling?

Welcome @Jonason Holland! I'm in Kennesaw also. We're buy and hold investors looking to buy our next rental by year-end.

 Thanks for the welcome Julie,

I would love to connect with you and assist you in your next buy and hold in the area.

Hey, @ Jason Holland
I'm new here too maybe we can learn the area together. I'm currently renting in Marietta but I'm looking for a small multi to get going and to be my primary residence. We are hoping to get all in for 300 k or so and love neighborhoods that are walkable and safe.
What areas are you in?

Thanks for reaching out Justin. I'm actually marketing the Marietta area currently because I am living in Kennesaw. So Cobb is one of my main focus areas. I would love to connect and learn the area together.
