Sorry, @Vernard Kennedy all the properties are sold. But we can chat about Saginaw real estate if you like. After owning 5 Saginaw rental properties for a year, I learned a TON.

3 Turnkey Rental Properties available in Saginaw, Michigan:

  • 2-duplexes and a single family home available. All are fully-occupied and managed by a very good local property management company.
  • Total gross rental income for all three properties is $2,075 and the asking price is just $75k or best offer for all three properties. Great Cash flow every month! Decent neighborhoods and good tenants.
  • Low taxes. Low utilities costs.
  • Two of the buildings need a new roof. My property manager has stated the new roofs will cost $5k each. I will provide a buyers credit (negotiable) I'll even credit the entire $10k required for any full price offer, so the effective price would be just $65k for all three properties!
  • Owner-financing available with good down payment (minimum 20%) and fair terms.
  • CASH DISCOUNT. First $57k cash takes these, and gets a $10k credit for the new roofs. So just 47k for all three properties!
