Hi my name is Jonah Godsey 36 years born and raised in Richmond Va. I'm new to the Real Estate world and need all the help I can get. I've been interested in getting into real estate for the past 6 or 7 years but even more now since I've inherited my parents first home. I need any advice or help or direction as I'm looking to make this my first rental property. While trying to complete this I'm also interested in doing some wholesale deals with cash buyers.
