Great info any recommendations on a course that really works that’s similar to Bob diamond surplus program? And any other recommendations?  I feel the one who created the course always ends up the one that becomes very wealthy. However Bob does have a tremendous amount of checks that people have earned using his program so I love more insight or find someone who used his program to speak because it seems to be real however it also seems to be old and it appears to me we have missed the boat on this program any other suggestions would be appreciated in 2019 thanks a lot

Has anyone used Flipster realestate investing software? If so has anyone made money using it? If you have a better recommendation I’d love to learn about it.. also what do you like or dislike about it?

@Jay Hinrichs thank you Jay I really studied th3 program yesterday and I also did the CNF call and asked them did they charge upfront processing fees etc and they told me no. Yes I agree with you they are a big broker but what gave me a little caution was the stated programs as those programs were regulated and many banks lost their shirts doing stated programs and im not to sure they woukd get burt agsin, yet I see them on the product sheet.. I just wonder if they truly and really can and will get those types of deals done and closed..I really appreciate your reply

Just I thought it was awesome but before I sign up has any experienced commercial officer ever closed a deal with them and if so how was the experience? I’m not asking the novice because sometimes your still in the process of learning what’s a true deal.. anybody out there?

Hello Mike I have a very good amount of experience as far as knowledge of the process from the regulatory, underwring, retail side, wholesale side, what’s a deal, what’s not a deal, putting the numbers together, finding sellers and attracting buyers, contracts and but when it comes to thelending it gets tricky because I know there are always creative ways of using other peoples money to fund.. so I’m open to hear new innovative ideas.. but somethings sound to good to be true but it’s posible.. I’ve been in the insdusty over 15 years.. very experienced Mike .. do you have something going on?
