@Jana Cain - Same thing happened to me, I didn't suggest my meetup but I posted it on BP I have been carrying the torch since! You definitely need to call and ask if they have space for 40 people for a casual networking event to ensure that there isn't any other parties or events going on there. I don't see a Warriors game during that time and the Sharks game is at 5pm so it shouldn't be crowded for that but it could be for something else. Let me know if you need additional help!

It's another month and time for another real estate meetup! These meetups have had up to 82 BiggerPockets and Meetup.com members chatting about investing in the San Jose area and also out of state. Just come by and mingle, there is no set agenda. We welcome anyone who would like to attend!

When: Thursday, December 13, 2018, 6:30pm (usually I'm around at 6!)

Where: Parktown Pizza Company (Find us in the back area/room this time.)

This is exactly how my meetup got started, organically on BP through a few folks wanting to meetup. I will be there unless I need to check out some open houses. Thanks for setting it up!

@Kyle Marek, if you are still interested in meetups, @Armand Farr and @Bryan Pham have a meetup out of Oakland that I recommend. I have a meetup some somewhat quarterly in Milpitas. I will try to make the meetup that is setup on this thread!

@Brenda Chen @Alice K. - Great meetup name! hahaha :) I am hardly in the city now but I hope to make it to one of your meetups soon!
