Wow thanks for the welcome messages and practical advice. I actually started reading the BP beginners guide...exciting stuff.

I will investigate the REIA club meetings too. Hopefully soon I will be savvy enough to navigate the site properly to get the most from it.

Hi I'm Jo and I'm a newbie.

In fact I'm currently looking at my first investment property, so please be kind and patient with me. My head is buzzing with what I should do - Do I invest in a condo or family home? Is it stupid to consider buying a brand new condo (which still needs to be built)? Do I have enough gumption and vodka to deal with tenants eventually? These are all questions I hope to get answers to while visiting this site. I do appreciate any and all input or suggestions.
