Hello, my name is John Zongor and I am a real estate agent in Rochester NY. I have been studying investing in multifamily units for several years and would like to begin in the next year. With so many aspects including funding without having a lot of money, finding the right tenants, property management, etc. I have joined Bigger Pockets to become more knowledgeable and learn from those who have followed a similar path.
