If possible, consider partnering with someone who has a higher credit score or stronger financial position. This can enhance your application and improve your chances of securing a loan.

Maintaining good credit for favorable terms, larger down payments for better rates, managing debt-to-income ratio, comparing interest rates and loan types, projecting cash flow, understanding property preferences, exploring loan programs, maintaining financial reserves, planning an exit strategy, and seeking professional guidance.

We are under contract on a property with amazing upside. We have it under contract at $112k. ARV is around $200-250k. It needs electrical. Haven't decided on STR or LTR. Who should I speak to for lending?

Hey gabriel, i would be interested in funding your fix and flip as a private lender. dm me the details!

Hi All

We are under contract on a 4-plex and I am shopping for Loan options. The purchase price is $415 K and we can put 20% to 25% down. Few brokers have recommended a 5 year Balloon loan but I want to explore the best option available in the market currently.

Thanks

Hi Hitanshu is the 4 plex in new york?

Hi Andrew, I am always looking to Jv, What market are you in?

My partner and I used hard money to buy property and have about 180k in house so far. We need additional 50k to Finnish house and estimate conservatively it will be worth 350k, I think it will be closer to 420k. What type of lending options are out there to get additional 50k and refinance home?

Hi Franklin, i can help you fund the rehab. dm me the details. thanks

Hi John,

Where is the property located?  Any specifics of the transaction you can share?

JC

Hi Joseph, it’s in New Orleans, La. It’s 11 studio units and 1/2 of the units need renovation. I’ve seen a few adds for commercial property loans with a 30 year term for properties with 5-9 units. If I were to undertake a project like this, I would likely want to refinance into a mortgage with a longer term.

Sorry just read this, i can fund your rehab if you still need it. dm me the details.

Hello

We own two lots from our own money in Miami.  Want to start building the houses now but looking to get a building loan rather than tie up our own money

any suggestions on who is a good lender in the area for a building loan?

Thanks in advance!

Hi rahul i would be interested in funding your project if your land is already entitled. DM me the details.
