Hello All!

My wife is interested in starting a cleaning service that targets landlords who have recently vacated properties that need to be cleaned before they can be turned over.

Has anyone ever heard of a service like this or use something like this?

Thank you!

I currently have 5 properties that are paid off. However I want to know what people think about how to scale quickly. I.E. add more doors in order for my wife to retire.

Thank you!

Hi! I am new to REI in the St Clair County Michigan area! I would love to get connected with other REI in my area!

I am getting started in real estate and have researched a lot about what to look for in a deal, etc. However I still want more clarification on the loan process.

My thought is:

Obtain a interest only loan for 2-3 years.

Purchase an undervalued property (BRRR method) etc.

Refinance after obtaining renter and then refinance with a home equity loan and do it all over again.

Is this a realistic process? Thank you for your feedback!
