I am new investor from KC focused on rental investments. Planning to start on light rehab single family homes. Really excited to connect with the wonderful and savvy people here on the forums. Everyone here has been very helpful and can't wait to meet more of you. Looking forward to chatting with you all and creating value in the online community. I have landscaping work at my unit in Olathe and need to remove a dead tree. Anyone have recommendations for a contractor to pull this stump?
