Hey @Carmela Hunt

Congrats on property.

I've worked with gaines and puljic ( http://www.gainesandpuljic.com/ ) in the past, great company to work with.

Good luck!

Gus

Thanks Brian. Don't worry, I'm still in Chicago. Jumping a few blocks over to River North.

I definitely plan to keep the property - good cash flow that more than covers rent + expenses. I'll reach out to Kale Reality and see what they say, appreciate it. At what size do you generally see management companies necessary? Four units, five, more?

Hello, new to bigger pockets - first post!

I'm moving out of my first condo and plan to rent it out. I'm looking for a property management company in Chicago. My unit is in the west loop and I've already found a tenant. I'm looking for a local company that can:

  • Help me find future tenants
  • Manage issues that come up with the property
  • Manage rental payment
  • Coordinate with HOA when needed
  • Do quarterly video walkthrough of the unit to ensure there are no issues
  • Fine tenant if issues arise
  • Coordinate repairs when necessary
  • Handle day to day communications and tasks

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gus
