In need of a Contractor ASAP, just started a BRRRR on a Triplex in Tulsa (Pine & Lewis area) and the contractor has disappeared from the face of the earth. Nothing completed yet other than some minor cleanup. Scope of work in hand, need bids, PM me for more details... Thanks everybody.

Quote from @Mark Turney:

My wife and I are primarily rehabbers in the Tulsa area. We have quit a bit of marketing out and are getting a good response. We are looking for cash buyers to add to our buyers list.

If interested, please respond with criteria - looking forward to connecting!!

Hey Mark, I know this is an old post, But if you still have a wholesale email list I would like to be added to it also !

Thank you

Quote from @Trevor Aydelott:

Hey @John Wallace I definitely can help you.

Great, we need a Property management company ASAP, someone ran over our fence today... I have to get some renters in the properties, the caretaker is not doing a very good job, I had to find out about the fence from the neighbor because our care taker left the state a week ago and didn't tell us she was going to be gone for 2 weeks

Hello @Natalie Schanne I have worked in Real Estate, Property Management, Property Preservation, and Residential & Commercial inspections Since about the year 2000, We originally went to a Fortune Builders Event in Palm Springs about 5-7 years ago,(didn't Know about BP then) at the time we didn't know much about "REI" we had worked on the other side of the industry for so long it was Eye Opening, to see that with the Knowledge that we already had, how quickly we could Transition into investing for ourselves.

Fortune Builders was key in showing us many different paths we could take in the Real Estate industry, yes the one day free event is designed to pull you into the $200,  3 day event, which is designed to make you want to attend the $30k Mastery Program, Because they are a business, and ALL businesses need to make money to stay in business, Right ?

At the time we knew nothing about wholesaling, we had done a few flips of our own but didn't have the team or the strategies, or the financing, in place,  to keep the ball rolling, so to speak...   They helped us with all of that, The Networking opportunities at the 3 day events are worth the price of admission alone, Ran into several old friends, and made lots of new ones...

Overall we had a Great Experience at both of the Fortune Builders Event that we went to, Other people May have had Different Experiences, But the bottom line is, Don't knock it till you tried it !!!!

I would like to say how much I learned and how much I enjoyed the 2 Fortune Builders events that we attended, a 1 day and a 3 day event, very professional,  very entertaining, well worth the price of entry into the events, We left the event with more information than we could have imagined, from wholesaling, to property management, and much more...

I feel like I received a tremendous value, just in the books, CD's, and DVD's,  that we got to bring home, not to mention the education that we received while at the event, Shawn Mac Nicholas, I believe was our Instructor at the 3 day event, Wonderful presentation, Great guy enjoyed his program very much...

Yes I would go to another event, and Yes and would recommend family and friends, to these events Regardless of their Real Estate Knowledge, From Beginner to Broker I think everyone could learn something valuable at one of the Fortune Builders events

I hope we never have to see a Crash like 2008 again,  But inevitably, Greed usually wins.

I would like to think that from now on we would start seeing individual areas, cities, counties, Going through smaller market cycles, and not the entire country all at once... Some markets will do well, with new corporations bringing in jobs and prosperity, other areas will be losing jobs and part of their rental market with it...

Texas for instance, a ton of people from California have moved to Texas for Work and just a better overall standard of living, People are moving their Company's from California to Texas and taking their Employees with them,  this creates a great market in Texas but Leaves a Void in Certain areas of California, Like the Rural area I live in,  Many people from this area, have packed up and left, now we have empty houses and no one to fill them, at least for the meantime...

So I don't pretend to know what the future holds but this is what I Believe we will see at least until the greed on Wall St. wins again....   Smaller Areas going thru normal market cycles as their Economy goes up and down.... Fingers crossed
