@Travis Biziorek can you recommend other PM firms in Detroit for those who aren't buying properties with or through you?

I'm an out of state investor and I've had several really bad and unprofessional interactions with logic PM. I own properties in a number of states and have hired and worked with a number of property mgmt firms and these guys hands down are the worst. Disrespectful, scammy, and just unprofessional.

Do your self a favor and use anyone else in the detroit area for your properties.
