Im a 19 year old entrepreneur and im looking to get into real estate and im current learning about the creative ways to buy a house with little money and ive been trying to find deals. But i think the deal is right in front of my face, me and my parents currently rent and the owner is india and hes been planning on selling his house. it’s currently worth 696k in a very very nice neighborhood districted to a very good school. People move here specifically for education. How would i go about executing this as my first investment property?
