Hi Jo-Ann.

I'd like to invest as local as possible.  I know the south bay area fairly well, but it's likely too expensive.  I'm prepared to look elsewhere if I have to: inland empire, high desert, central valley...

4-unit or fewer multi-family appears to be a good fit.

I currently work full-time in aerospace manufacturing in southern California, and am looking to get into the market with up to $100K to invest.  A buy and hold, cash flow deal is probably the best fit for me, but I'm open to other suggestions and opportunities as well.  Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks.
