Good morning Doug, I hope all is well, you are correct and I'm not calling consumers and discussing details of consumer mortgage products, since I'm not licensed, but the loan officers that I work for are licensed. They have incoming leads that ask for their services and since they don't have time to answer them it's my job to get them qualified and get a day and time for both parties to get on a call.
