@Hilary Stalder Thank you for the reply. So I would need one if I were to use a management company? Sorry for all the questions but I am just starting out and I want to make sure that I do this right. Thank you for your time.

I am looking at starting my rental investment company and I am not sure of the licensing required in the state of Florida. I plan on having an LLC to own an manage the properties. What, if any, licenses will I need to get started? I plan on buying multi family units and single family homes if that would factor into the license needs.
