Does anyone have recommendations for architects? The ones I've talked to are quite pricey, but I'm looking at an ADU + extension.

How does it work? I'm interested in rental properties in Tacoma but saw that prices have increased dramatically. It seems that there are quite a few flippers which is a deterrent. It's a bit difficult  to find a qualified realtor.
