thank you everyone for the welcome. I'm looking forward to bugging some and learning from some and having fun with all of you! Maybe eventually partnering if the yellow brick road presents that option

Hi Jennifer-

My wife and I just recently decided we need to create a better future for ourselves and are moving forward with realestate investing! How is your venture going? I'm nervous about starting but excited to get going. We are looking to try an find a deal sometime by the end of the year! It will be a fix and hold. Looking to create that passive income slowly through rental property... Idk any words of advice for a fellow newbie in the Lou?

What's up everyone! So will post again tmrow but for tonight I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is John Thies and I'm not really good with social media and making a promise to y'all I will improve. I wrote my whole intro on a forum thing that only allowed 150 characters and after 15min I figure out why It wouldn't update! It's getting late! Anyways Ill be quick and re intro tmrow! Basically realized I need to make a change from my current way of life! I have a wife of just over a year! And will hopefully have a larger family sometime soon!!! I need to do something that will allow me to better provide for my future family! So after discussion with the boss aka my wife I've been given the green light to look into realestate investment properties. I have been educating myself for all of two weeks and completely ready try and make a move just yet. Need more discussion from people involved! I look forward to meeting some of you and hope there are some of you from the Lou!
