Thank you all for the advice!  Sorry it took so long to get back with you...but I did take your considerations and decided to add pets...This got me a renter almost instantly!  Thanks again!

Just wanting some opinions on whether or not I should allow pets?  Any thoughts?  My gut says no way, but I don't want to turn down a potential renter.
