Hello,

Hello just followed BP recently and pursuing my dreams to be an investor. I am residing in California and lookingfor Investor friendly agents who can help me find multifamilies in Southwest Florida ( Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Fort Meyers). Would love my first BRRR here. Also, would like to connect with people or who have experienced in this area. Thanks BP for this awesome community!

Hi I am new investor looking into turnkey properties outside of California but just wondering if turnkey properties are a credible business where you would cash flow . The fear of outside investing is things are out of your reach and you need a good team to 100% rely on your investments. Any input would be appreciated.
