I am closing on a property with existing long term tenants.  When should I present them with the new lease?  Thank You

I am currently searching for my next multi-family in the Clark Summit, Scranton or Great Bend PA area. I just finished a rehab in Great Bend PA and am trying to decide if I should ReFi or or get a HELOC on my latest Rehab. I currently have a 3% rate on the rehab property. Thanks, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is there a limit on the amount of money you can HELOC other than your equity in the property?

Hi Matt,

Do you have an SDIRA?  I am wondering what is my proof of ownership if the IRA Company holds the deed?  Thanks Again!

My understanding is I can't have a blood family member manage.  I am planning to use a property manager.  Thanks for your response.

When I purchase a property through an SDIRA does the property manager have to be registered/licensed?  Thanks
