how about buying another vacation property and getting property management for part or all of the management? 

One of the things Brandon talks about in his webinars is to use your time where it is most valuable. Time with family is very valuable. You have to know when it is good to pay someone to do something and use your time for something else. 

With this plan, you get the value of more property and more time for your family. 

Looking for a contractor to partner/JV for property in Harrison Michigan. Property needs rehab. Need to run the numbers. Someone who knows the local area would be best.
