I have to admit I am curious about a question like this too.

I figure the worst they can say is no, as I would assume that each lender would have it's own criteria and depending on the location that would need to be taken in to account.

Hi,

John from Corpus from checking in. I moved down here about 6-7 months ago, and for the past 12 years, I have worked for a mid sized telcom. I am currently looking for an interesting way to put some money away. I have little REI experience, however a strong interest to learn.

I was looking at rentals when I was on the site prior.. didn't sign in, because it looked like I could get plenty of info about rentals without signing up or setting up an account.

Now I am looking to see what 'other' options might be out there that would allow me to limit my risk and increase my returns, which means I need to participate!
