Thank you Mr. Holdman for your response. Mr. Holdman I would like to buy and hold for cash flow and do some flipping. I have read some books and other material about real estate, however I haven't purchased any properties.
Question: Can you please be a bit more detailed with your answer about using the Marketplace to find a mentor.
