@Wayne Brooks thanks for your response. I did contact a local real estate lawyer i was just seeing if anyone has came across this. The real estate lawyer said it can take up to a year from the auction closing. I was just seeing f If anyone had any suggestions on how to expedite the situation. I thought BP was a place to get quality professional advice.

The lawyer called me and said the title company won’t issue a title. I was supposed to close on Tuesday and I honesty have never delt with this before. This is the first time using this guy and i don’t think he has delt with this before either.
