I am open to any area in Seattle. I don’t have a lot to put down but would love to work with people. I don’t mind cosmetic rehabs or ugly houses. But I am very open to learning and reading everyone’s post

Well I haven’t gotten pre approved and I still have some time till I am going to buy. But I am looking in the range of 250k to 350k and trying to put down probably 5 to 10 percent.

Hello,

My name is John and I live in the Seattle area. I just moved here and found out that it can be pricey to live here. I want to buy real estate but don't have high income due to the fact that I just graduated from college. Is buying a condo a good strategy to start investing and do a house hack? Any comments and suggestions.
