Alright I gotcha seems like their is a sweet science to this. How long did it take you from your initial start in wholesaling to getting your first contract?

Makes sense. Seem like you’re saying just well rounded with what properties you can offer to the investor? Treat it case by case cause depending on the investor they can invest in a D property if it right for them. Are you just a wholesaler? Any fix and flips? Any buy and holds?

Wow, thanks for the great feed back. How do you find out when and where are your local REI meetings held? Yes I was talking where the property is actually located. I asked before if it's in a good neighbor does investor take that into consideration or do they just care about the bottom line?

Looking to gain experience in real estate so anyone in Connecticut need an assistant I’ll put in whatever time I need to put in to prove I’m worth the investment.

Very new to real Estate so looking for some helpful answers and feedback. When you’re wholesaling which do you find more important the numbers or the demographics of where your lead is?
