The property is in the Wesleyan Hills area zip 45406.  Not too thrilled after taking over, it's a current work in progress.  Working with a property manager there to get things going, but taking a little longer than expected.  Definitely once things turn around, the cashflow will be great.  How are things with your 55unit?  Are you currently using a property manager out there?

My name is John and I'm from the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. I'm 35 years young, married with no children. I work as a Business Banker at one of the Big national banks. I've been listening to BiggerPockets for a couple of months now, and decided it's time to jump on here and connect with people. I started investing in real estate in 2013, and my primary strategy has been "Buy and Hold" Rentals. I've done 5 deals over the past 7 years, and our current portfolio consist of 3 SFH rentals in Las Vegas, NV and a 4-plex in Dayton, OH. My hobbies are traveling the world with my beautiful and supportive wife, and working with her towards our financial freedom through real estate. I recently got the chance to attending a local meetup, and met some great people there. I'm now hoping to connect with more people here and continue to grow my business.
