Hello everyone, Just starting out in real estate investing and lucky enough to find BiggerPockets. My initial goals are to acquire a vacation rental or two to generate a little cash flow( Myrtle beach or Destin). From there, who knows? The info here has been invaluable to me for educating myself on the pros/cons of investing. Any suggestions are always welcome, I’d love to hear some advice from those who’ve started with the short term rentals. Thanks all! John Schinner
