Land development costs will also be important.  If it does not have access to utilities, water, and sewer, it can be expensive to develop, as well as entitlements, platting, etc.

They are going to build the RV park first.  Thanks @Mike Reynolds, you are correct, I have since found a dirt work contractor that builds RV parks and can handle the whole job.  Thanks again for the reply!!

Anybody know a good contractor that specializes in building RV parks or mobile home parks?  I'm working with a group that has land and funding, just need a contractor good at these type of projects.  Thanks!!
