Yellow Oregon, just made an offer on a duplex in Lyons Oregon I’m not from there but hopefully this goes well. Already have tenants and I don’t know how well the pm is but I guess I’ll see when I cross that road. @Aaron Brown just doing research on BP asking people about  Missouri made lots of phone calls, talk to multiple agents. To be honest its up and down.

@Trista Fenner thank you for that info I been doing my research in Kansas City MO and everyone is telling me to get out of the 435 circle and go to independence and Raytown area. That’s something I need to consider, I’m not from there and I just like to buy and hold, so any information help. Thank you

I would leave it if your charging top market rent, also well maintained property? Leave it just as long your getting your end.
