Thanks Gents for the welcome!  @Jonathan Greene, I did use my VA once on a previous property, not sure how it would work trying to use it under a LLC that owns the property. @Nathan Gesner, thank you for your service! I got to visit the JTOC in Kabul in 2011 while I was deployed, lots going on! I'm just starting out on my real estate journey. I'm in the middle of Brandon's book at the moment. Just trying to get as educated as possible before making any decisions, and setting up my asset protection accordingly. My sister is a broker, so she is helping educate me about some of the processes. Great info Nathan, thank you! @Zach Schofel Hello!
