Hello hello!
Rookie investor looking for a real estate agent!
My name is John Palmer, I'm an expat school teacher working internationally. Currently living in Costa Rica.
I'm looking to buy and hold a single family home (or small multifamily) as an investment property in Memphis before July.
Our target property is rent ready (not in need of significant rehab). My budget is under 130k. Our ideal size is a 3 bedroom/2 bath, or 3/1.5.
Our ideal location is suburban and low crime.
My wife and I would be happy to work with any mortgage brokers or loan officers you might know. We also already have our down payment and excellent credit scores.

I'd love any advice or contact you could share for a real estate agent to represent me in the buying process.
Thanks!
Adios!
