@Cameron Tope oh, also, It'd be stupid giving up on my real estate dreams just by not knowing how to process a credit card.

@Cameron Tope I'm sure you weren't born knowing how to process a credit card. Were you?

My tenant application form says "Anticipated move date ___________ at a monthly rent of $________ and security deposit of $_________."

So, my question is.. what am I supposed to type on the anticipated move date?

@Jason Hirko it also says

"This agreement shall provide grantee with an option to purchase as long as grantee is current with all obligations (including rent payments) it has to the grantor."

I think that is the clause you are talking about?

@Jason Hirko it only says

", consideration: in exchange for this right, grantee has paid grantor $10,000 and other valuable consideration. This consideration money is non-refundable. The consideration money also acts as the option fee and the down payment and applies toward the purchase price if the option is exercised by the grantee."

@Wendy Patton. What is considered a wire transfer?

@Anthony Wick do you pay for anything besides the application fee they pay?
