Anybody have any recommendations for property management companies in the Savannah, GA area? We have a 100+ unit property and looking for property management company with solid referrals and experience in the Garden City Sub-Market of Savannah GA.  We are currently in discussion with Trinity Multifamily (from Arkansas and Oklahoma) who have experience with Atlanta GA properties:

Hi Chris!

Plan is to fix up several units to raise their rents. Current plan is to refi in 3 years and then return 50% capital to investors. Then keep the asset for several until market conditions ensure selling the asset at a solid profit return. Looking for deals in the VA and NC areas along with GA (southeastern US). NY area is off-the-charts in terms of trying to attain decent returns. That's why we have been looking in the aforementioned areas. How's Raleigh now? Any impacts from Covid-19?

I am new to BP and looking to invest in multifamily properties in North Carolina. I have reviewed online several on-market properties in Charlotte. I am working with real estate syndicators looking to start my own multifamily investments. I read the economic reports for the 2020 NC outlook and outlook is promising. However, I am not familiar with the area and there must be other risks/drawbacks to account for this. 

I am searching to team up with an agent or investor who knows the markets well or who has experience in the area with and has successfully invested in multifamily properties in Charlotte and North Carolina in general.  I would like to find a long term partner and potentially offer an ownership interest in a portfolio of properties.  I currently live in Queens, NYC but looking to build a real estate syndication business.
