So has anyone out there gone the route of Rent to Retirement? What are you thoughts?? 

Our plan was to invest locally, however our market here is tough. I have heard good things about Memphis though. Just not sure if we are willing to do some out of state deals yet. Any info you might have would be appreciated.

I'm still somewhat new to the State and real estate investing. Would love to chat or get together with others in the Greater Manchester NH area and see if we can help each other or learn how and where deals are getting done. I'm currently working in commercial real estate sales, but would like to work on my own portfolio with my wife. We currently have a single family home we rent in the North End of Manchester.
