I BOUGHT THIS PROPERTY A FEW YEARS BACK AND IM WONDERING IF IT IS BETTER TO REFINANCE OR SELL THE PROPERTY.

@Tim Herman so I basically put 5% vacancy, 5% repairs, and 10% cap expense. I noticed that if I am going to rehab the property I should replace most of the cap items anyways. And the house is listed at 180000 but would be worth more when job is complete. This home is in a nice neighborhood with good schools and homes with the same rooms and style cost almost 300000
