Thank you! Money order or cashiers check sounds very interesting we may go that route. When you present the cash bundled at closing how does that work? They want to purchase a property cash for $400k. We think the bank may raise some eyebrows. What do you think?

Guys I have a cash buyer who has a large amount of cash. The cash is not in the bank is in his house. His concern is how can he structure a transaction by paying actual cash for the property and not having to put his money in the bank?
