Team,

One of the other problems I found is certain local mortgage companies will not offer a mortgage under 50k. Is any one else having that problem or knows a team that will work around that?

Thank you in advance.

Mr. Patel,

Thank you for the response! I will be getting in touch with you soon. I currently am working my fourth loan right now.

Can you discuss specifics other than 720 credit score.  Like how long of rental history needed?

Thank you

Good morning Eric,

Have you thought about partnering or looked into money lenders? I am looking to invest in the same area, ODU and all the small colleges around here will definitely keep the rental market stable.

Cheers,

Johnny

Good morning BP,

I am thinking about attending the TRIG group function this Tuesday anyone else attending?

Also, I am approved for my fourth loan and currently capped at the number six. Does anyone know of any companies that approve past the number six?

Thank you,

Johnny

Good morning BP,

I am a newbie still floating through the boards and learning daily. I am about to get my fourth rental and noticed that I am cannot exceed six open mortgages. Currently, I use USAA, USAA, Navy Federal, and US bank all of them have stated once you get to six you need to start paying them down.

Question to BP, "Are there mortgage companies that allow you to go past six?" If so, can I get the names of the companies. Thank you.

Johnny

Good afternoon, I am Johnny Quilenderino, I am approximately four years from retiring and would like to start up a real estate business.

Rental and Mortgage Situation: I currently have two rentals and a primary mortgage. One rental we are upside down on and not making a profit yet, the other I am getting about 200 dollars a month back. I have to move in two years so my current house I will eventually rent and that will be a third rental property, I estimate that I will get 200 dollars a month on this home also.

I have 40k to invest as of next month, and by June I can save approximately 2k a month. I am looking for more rentals and attempting to get to 2k a month back after the 50/50 rule. I am looking for ideas, ways to get three more properties by the end of the year. I am looking at SFR and Townhomes without HOA or Condo Fees.

I am living in Virginia Beach and I have been studying the area for the last two years to get acquainted with homes.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Have a great day.
