Quote from @Eliott Elias:

You don't compete, you buy deals that make sense based off your numbers. Let the wholesalers do the work and bring you the deal on a silver platter.

Thanks Eliott.  Is there a good way to find and build a relationship with wholesalers?  This whole thing of wholesalers is pretty new to me, but from my understanding (not great), these wholesalers get properties to people and aren't really publicized to the public somewhere.

So I have a buddies that do a ton of real estate within the WI area, but both have stated that they have connections with wholesalers and that’s about the only deals that they make their moves on. Coming from someone who is just getting started and doesn’t have those kind of connections, how in the world do you ever find deals worth doing or ever compete on offers to those who have these businesses where that’s all they do and have a lot of cash on hand. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated as I’d love to start, but really struggling finding anything worthwhile. Thank you, I appreciate your time and responses.
