We have been purchasing properties near Tupelo over the last several years and are now looking for a few near Oxford.

Mobile home buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $50,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Two inexpensive properties I hold but get great rents.

Rehab of two units.

We have had steady rents since purchase.

Qualifying renters, we have had a few that were nightmares, but in that market, it comes with the territory.
