Pushing Forward. Making progress. Today's podcast was the Universe letting me know Im right where I need to be. Avoiding paralysys and moving forward. Fear stands for Feel Everything And Relax, right? Im not getting stuck. Im a Newbie investor (real-estate wise) and Ill be damned if Im not achieving my success. I listen to Josh and Brandon everyday, almost all day. I feel like I know Ben, Ken and Jay. Today I'm taking a stand, just like yesterday and tomorrow. Do you guys remember being this hungry? Are you still? I admire anyone who has taken action within this community and am here to let you know I'l be joining you amongst the ranks. Thanks to all who have ever given their 2, 5,10 cents, Im listening. Heres to changing lives.

I would imagine it depends on the room. If it makes sense financially, looks good and at least hints at what your going for....then use em up!
