Has anyone used the lenders listed under the "network" tab above? There isn't many to choose from. I like that some are offering 80% ltv on dscr loans. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. I'm looking to finance a STR in SWFL in the near future.

Thanks.

Hey Ben, I'm also looking for a lender in SWFL. I'm looking to buy a condo for STR. Was wondering who you chose as your lender. Thanks.

Might be cheaper to get an asbestos abatement license and do it yourself.

We used to put flour on the basement floor to follow their tracks to see here they  were coming from. We would also crush lightbulbs and scatter that. Supposedly rats blood doesn’t coagulate. If they get cut they would bleed to death. This was fifty years ago..!

Thanks, all the points mentioned, makes good sense, I guess I had creative financing on my mind at the time. I’ve decided not to sell, just take equity out for  down payment on next property.

Possibly doing a 1031 exchange.  Looking at purchasing two properties. Is it possible to get one mortgage for both properties if they are separate deals? Being a 1031 I would have to use 100% of proceeds towards more properties.
