Thanks for the heads up. The commercial mortgage is the one that I want to avoid. 

When we bought the home, we used a VA loan and then we had to PCS (move in the military). We always intended to move back but didn't due to kids in schools. Long story short, we have been renting it out and have been told that we would be safer if it were in an LLC but we do not want to refi and lose the rate we are at. Is a refi required to move it? Thanks in advance.
