Hi everyone, 

I'm new to the site and have spent the last year or so learning,  reading, and over-analyzing. I feel I'm ready to start wholesaling to build up a nest egg for my own investments and would love to meet buyers looking in the Charleston,  SC to Savannah, Ga areas and between. 


I analyze from the investor's pov as opposed to the typical wholesale formula and would love to connect with you and grow together!
