Post: Looking for connections for short term real estate Join Ventures

I invest in Tampa area and have a LTR and about to buy a house in next 3 months as primary and then after a year convert to STR

Anyone here have a connection who will do short term JV ? By short I mean about 6 months to buy a DSCR backed house and then I pay off interest for those 6 months and the principal and then I become sole owner? I would be looking at about 50 K loan and can go upto 12 % interest

To be clear this is only for future ..most probably next year when I start to scale

To add to the above get a part time job like maybe 20 hours a  week and that way you can have best of both worlds and  focus on it

Maybe vacation spots you visit often and is convenient to you to get to and also has a lot of tourists and attractions like maybe beach etc
