Yes excel power query.  Others have done using it and Power BI. You can also pay someone on fiverr to do it very easily using code

Make sure you come out head that is all ..some work  better than others but I am sure you can learn and get knowledge and connections from it

Frankly if I were you I would connect with very experienced investors here , get a JV and partner with a few deals and get some money out and a lot of knowledge and also attend a few meetups etc.. RE wealth is usually built over a span of 5 years ..
