Works on my end. Might have hit it during a maintenance or something 

I have had success just responding on the platform and then continue conversation directly on email or phone (text or call). I think its a faster connection when they see email from FF rather than reaching out directly at first.

Are there a platforms out there for a private landlord to manage their properties. Not looking for a full-blown solution for cross posting to other sites. Just simple record of properties, manage tenants, collect applications, track payments and expenses, maintenance etc.
