I need a recommendation for a hard money lender in DFW.

I live in the Hurst, Euless, Bedford area of Northeast Tarrant country and am trying to decide where to seek my mortgages for real estate purchases and where to open my checking and savings accounts to manage our real estate with. Any suggestions?

I live in North East Tarrant County and I'm making plans to begin investing in real estate. I have a good friend who wholesales, but would like to know other wholesalers as well.

I need advise on using the equity in my primary residence to begin investing in real estate. Should I do a cash-out refinance or see a HELOC?

I'd love to find a 3-2 duplex in Hurst or Bedford to buy, but know that's nearly a unicorn.
